Once the Fox has dropped it you can collect it. The Fox will drop the star and run to the cupcake. Then head to the spot he will run to next and place the cupcake there. Chase the fox until you have figured out his running pattern. Then head to X: 10, Y: 136 and click on the fox in the green trash can, he will dig out a star, grab it, and run off. Head to x: 6, Y: 103 and grab a cupcake out of the display.
